Epoxy flooring that takes a beating and looks the part
A good epoxy floor is tough, easy to clean and hard to wear out. We coat garages, homes, showrooms, warehouses and workshops across Sydney, turning bare or tired concrete into a hard wearing, professional surface.
Epoxy flooring is only as good as the preparation under it, so we mechanically prepare the concrete, repair defects and apply the right system for how the floor will be used. From a smart flake finish in a home garage to heavy duty coatings for industrial floors, the finish is sealed, durable and simple to maintain.
For large industrial and warehouse floors, this pairs with our warehouse and industrial painting.

What decides whether an epoxy floor lasts
Epoxy fails when it is rolled straight onto unprepared concrete. We mechanically grind the surface, repair cracks and defects and make sure the slab is sound and clean, so the coating bonds properly.
We then apply the primer, build and top coats to the right thickness for the use, and finish with the sheen and any non-slip you need. The result is a floor that resists chemicals, tyres, foot traffic and knocks.
How an epoxy floor goes down
Assess and quote
We check the concrete, its condition and how the floor will be used, then quote.
Grind and repair
The slab is mechanically prepared, cracks and defects repaired.
Prime and coat
Primer, build coats and colour or flake are applied to the right thickness.
Seal and cure
A top coat and any non-slip is applied, then the floor is left to cure.
