Beecroft and Cheltenham sit inside a Federation garden-suburb conservation area, so the housing is period timber and render on leafy blocks. That calls for gentle preparation, timber restoration where it is needed, and heritage-sympathetic colour schemes rather than a quick once-over. We work carefully here. Older weatherboard and detailed trims reward a painter who slows down, and we colour-match to suit the street without flattening a home’s character.
